Hi, I am Joey, a fertility, birth, and relationship coach and counsellor.

I believe that the right support can completely reshape someone's experience.

 

After witnessing close to 300 women and couples struggle through their life challenges without adequate emotional support, I made it my mission to transform how women and couples are supported, so they feel seen, emotionally safe, and empowered to move through life transitions with calm, confidence, and connection. 

I understood the challenges of stepping into parenthood

I was confident I was ready, but ....

There were moments I felt doubtful, stressed, and stuck trying to balance family, work, relationships, expectations, and my own well-being.

Through that season, I learned how important it is to care for our own and our partners' mental and emotional well-being, to slow down, and to prepare intentionally.

I took steps to prepare

Because preparation doesn’t just change outcomes, it transforms the entire experience.

 

Over the years, I have seen one clear truth:

When clients prepare early, they stay calmer and move forward with confidence.
* Instead of fear and overwhelm, they felt calm and confident.
* Instead of chaos, they found clarity 
* Instead of surviving, they built connections and began to thrive.

I quickly realised how deeply personal these life transitions can be.

Every story of silent suffering fueled my determination to create a new paradigm of care, where clinical expertise meets genuine human connection.

This isn't just my profession—it is my passion and purpose.
 
That’s why I created Parenthood to hold a supportive space for women and couples, empowering them to explore their journey and step into this life transition feeling grounded, confident, and ready.
